If you are already buying, a referral is a free addition to your order and you should use somebody's link. If you are still deciding whether to buy at all, the referral is not a good reason to decide either way, and the guides will be more useful to you than the button on this page.
The current offer
A new order placed through a referral link gets a choice of:

Which option to take
Most vehicle buyers take the FSD months, and that is usually the right call: it lets you form your own view of the system over a full season of your normal driving before deciding whether to pay for it. The FSD guide covers how to get the most out of a trial.
The solar credit only makes sense if you were already going to order solar. $400 is small next to the cost of an install, so it should not be what tips the decision. The solar guide covers what should.
